What is the cancellation policy?
For each trip, 20% of the total trip price or $100, whichever is greater, is non-refundable. This amount will never exceed the total trip price. If we receive your cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the remaining balance is fully refundable. If we receive your cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the entire trip price is non-refundable. This policy applies to customer cancellations. If Black Car Booking declines your paid trip request, your payment will be fully refunded.

Yes. Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week with an advance reservation. Booking at least 12 hours ahead is recommended.
