A chauffeur for your itinerary
Hourly service is useful when you need the vehicle to remain available between stops. Share your pickup address, appointment times, planned stops and final destination so the full itinerary can be reviewed.
Meetings & executive roadshows
Plan travel between offices, hotels, client meetings and dining reservations. Assistants and travel coordinators can supply passenger contact details and meeting instructions.
Napa Valley day trips
Arrange a private SUV or sedan for winery appointments, lunch and your return journey. Your chauffeur remains available during the scheduled service. Winery reservations and tasting fees are separate.
Full-day & multi-stop trips
Combine meetings, shopping, dining or other confirmed stops in one itinerary. For an airport pickup followed by appointments, include your flight details and scheduled stops.
Choose your SUV or sedan
- Cadillac Escalade ESV: up to six passengers, with luggage space depending on bag size and passenger count.
- Lincoln Navigator: up to six passengers for a group itinerary.
- Mercedes S-Class: up to three passengers for private sedan travel.

Plan the service duration
Count driving time, time at every stop and the journey to your final destination. A six-hour or eight-hour itinerary is a planning example, not a fixed package or a promise that every route fits within that time.
For a Napa day starting at a local hotel, allow for pickup, confirmed tasting appointments, lunch and your return. A day starting in San Francisco or the East Bay also needs time for the outward and return journeys. Share your schedule before booking if you are unsure how much time to reserve.
Understand the hourly price
Hourly bookings have a three-hour minimum. Your fare includes the reserved service time, a 30-minute inspection allowance and any chargeable garage travel. The booking form calculates the current vehicle rate, applicable discounts and trip charges; review the total before payment.
For hourly service, travel from our Concord base to pickup and from the final drop-off back to base is assessed separately. Each garage leg of 30 minutes or less is free; each longer garage leg is charged in full. Total billable garage time is rounded up to 15 minutes.
Stops are included in your reserved time, with no separate stop fee for hourly service. Extra time, applicable trip charges and schedule changes may affect the total. Pickups from 10 PM to 6 AM Pacific carry a 10% night surcharge, except trips using a saved passenger flat rate. Contact the booking team if your itinerary changes so availability and pricing can be checked.
How to book an hourly chauffeur
- Open the booking form and select By the hour.
- Enter your pickup, service duration, planned stops and final destination.
- Add passenger and luggage details, appointment times and special instructions.
- Choose a vehicle, review the price and continue to secure payment.

Does the chauffeur wait between stops?
For hourly service, the vehicle and chauffeur remain available during the scheduled service time. Include the time you expect to spend at each stop when planning your booking.
Can I arrange an hourly trip for another passenger?
Yes. Include the passenger’s contact information, pickup instructions and itinerary so the trip can be coordinated with the traveler.
Can I combine an airport pickup with meetings or Napa?

What if I need more time?
Contact the booking team as soon as your plans change. Extensions depend on chauffeur and vehicle availability and may change the final price.
